South Sudan Employers Association Launches Skills Development Program

The Employers Association of the Republic of South Sudan (EARSS) has officially launched a nationwide Skills Development and Training Program aimed at strengthening the country’s workforce.
The program will provide training in entrepreneurship, vocational skills, and workplace compliance to better prepare South Sudanese youth for job opportunities in both the private and public sectors.
Speaking at the launch, the Association’s Chairperson emphasized that “investing in skills is essential for South Sudan’s economic growth and competitiveness.”
The initiative will be rolled out in partnership with local chambers of commerce, universities, and international development agencies.
